![]() ![]() With a bit of trial and error you can identify each video (since each had downloaded under the unhelpful name "Download" !) and once you have renamed the video files you then need to move them into the videos folder which gets created inside the iTunes Extras folder. \controllers\data.js (I opened this file with Windows Notepad) then you will see what the correct names of the Special Features video files should be. I googled the problem and came across this thread and tt2 was absolutely right. This meant that clicking on the Special Features on the iTunes extras page in iTunes did nothing whatsoever. The problem I had been having was that the downloading of the film (with iTunes Extras) had been interrupted, so that the "iTunes extras" had gone into a temporary downloads file, and what's more each Special Features video had been put into a separate temporary folder (and not into the correct "videos" folder). ![]() Hello I just wanted to thank tt2 for his helpful post.
